How long will it take to receive my order?

In stock items are usually shipped within 48-72 hours in exception to pre-order items, or items that are on backorder.  In the event that an item is on backorder we will notify you immediately.  Please allow up to 14 days for delivery of your item by USPS once your item has shipped.  Once your item has shipped, you will receive tracking information.   

Do you ship to Military Addresses?

Yes, we do! All military orders receive a 10% discount! Email us your order, or call 1-888-699-2779 to place your order with one of our friendly reps and receive your military discount.

How do I pay for my purchases at Niyae.com?

Niyae.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal and Postal Money Orders.

How do I find out the status of my order?

To check the status of your order, please email us at contact@niyae.com with the subject line as: ORDER STATUS, or you may contact customer service at 1-888-699-2779.  Please note that email communication is the quickest way to get a response due to high call volumes. (Please include your name and date of purchase if you are contacting us by email.)

All items on our website are available and in stock unless otherwise noted.  If  an item happens to sell out quickly we will notify you immediately.

Where do you get your movies from?

 Our  products from several different suppliers & distributors.  Our DVD's are authentic, original and NOT Asian imports, bootlegs, or  copies.   They are all US, Region 1, or Region Free factory sealed  DVD's.  Please email us if you have questions about DVD compatibility.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us.  All sales are final.  However we stand behind all of our products.  Within 5 days of delivery of your shipment  you may return any items  to Niyae.com for replacement if:

Product is the wrong item Product is defective. Niyae.com will  replace items only if they are defective or damaged and only after the original item is returned.

How can I get my product on your site?

Unlike some websites, we do not charge a fee to list your item on our site or on our facebook page. To have your product listed on our site, email us information about your product along with your contact information and someone will contact you as soon as possible.
